“My order got delivered and it got pinched because they put it at side of my bins on a Main Street hence why I didn’t put a safe place this was 2 weeks ago and problem still hasn’t be resolved so I’m over £60 down at this point and no medication”

“Easy to use and very prompt in their execution of the prescriptions. Message you if a product is not immediately available so you can choose to have incomplete order with missing item sent when available or wait few days and the complete order posted out. 48 hour 📦 so you can make arrangements for delivery. All in all a good conscientious firm.”

“Ordered medication worth £250. It arrived damaged and Royal Mail took photos and provided me with a reference number to provide to Pharmacy Online. Pharmacy online have spent 2 weeks arguing with me and refusing a refund. Beware if anything goes wrong with your delivery, they won't help! Worst customer service I've ever recieved and I will NEVER order from them again”
