“Would be good if the packet of tablets ordered came in a padded envelope that would fit through a letterbox. Instead it was sent as a small parcel in a box, and the postman tried to deliver it twice when i was at work, then I had to go and collect it from my local post office- when it all could have been avoided simply by putting the little pack of tablets in a postable envelope.”
