“The most helpful Customer Services I've come across for a very long time. They only had one left of the card I was trying to buy - I wanted 4. They emailed straight back, created an invoice so I could complete the order as soon as more stock arrived, which it did the next day along with an email to advise me. I know from experience that the cards will arrive in a day or two. So nice to find a real person on the end of a Chat To Our Team line, and not an AI automation! Thank you, Penny Black, I will be back again.”
