“Brought the melatonin Sleep Starter patches. They seem to be doing the trick with helping me get off to sleep. Going to order another batch and see if the results continue to be positive.”

“I have been using collagen patches and multivitamin patches and have noticed a bigdifderence in my skin hair and nails and it also helped my gut problems which is why I started using the collagen ones originally. Have recommended them to friends who have also tried them.”

“I'm quite pleased with these Patchworks Vitamin supplement patches. However, you do have to be VERY careful not to go over the time limit of wearing them for just 8 hours maximum as otherwise, one's skin gets irritated and erupts into spots where the patch has been. Lesson learned. The Tri-Mag and Night Time Menopause patches are particularly good for getting a decent night's sleep.”

“Having suffered with menstrual anaemia/low iron together with IBS I have struggled to up my iron intake. Iron tablets cause extreme IBS flair ups and there is o love you so much spinach you can eat. I tried the patches as they are topical and should cause no I’ll effects with IBS. My husband has commented how much brighter I am, less fatigued and to be honest I feel a huge difference. I have also started going to the gym so I can’t say it’s the iron patches in isolation. I have t have my levels checked since having the patches so I will write another review to let you know if there is a real life difference in my levels.”

“So happy with the way delivered and patch vitamins in general, I have had gastric sleeve surgery and get nauseous taking multivitamins but this way is perfect and way higher dosages of vitamins than oral tablets.”
