“I order a part for next day delivery on Thursday expecting it to turn up on Saturday as next day delivery stated on the order review and the invoice got a message from ups saying its not getting delivered until Monday which if that was the case I didn't need to pay for next day but I reported this to customer service they took ages to come back to me and they were rude and they kept stating the t's c's and when I shown them the screen shot of the order they was not interested in refund the next day shipping cost which was way to expensive if it wasn't going to be next day delivery they need to put next working day on the review page and invoice not a happy customer”
