“Acceptable. Slightly disappointed with the condition of the product and had to amend my plans to accommodate a bit of damage which happened to be right in the middle of the length. I was on a tight time scale with my project so didn't have time to get it swapped or returned so just worked around it.”

“Delivery was quick but no communication on when it was arriving and the 2 x 4 metre rails were found left outside the front of church Thursday 22nd. They could of been stolen and nobody would of taken responsibility for that.”

“Nationwide Trailer Parts were very helpful when I rang regarding a replacement motor for a Ricon wheelchair lift. However I paid extra for next day delivery but DPD let them down by taking an extra day to deliver, probably to be expected as it was week before Christmas and postmen on strike. When motor arrived fitted it in minutes and wheelchair lift back in action and working fine.”

“The item was exactly as expected. Quick delivery and I requested via email a delivery charge refund due to an error in my order and having to order the items in two separate orders, and with no quibbling at all was refunded in one day. So impressed as the company didn't have to refund it at all as it was my error.”

“I was in a fix with the lift on my van delivering to the casino. with the problem withe lift I could not deliver so I rang this company to see if the could help they said we are very busy but if you come round we will look at itfor you, they found out what was wrong and temporarely fix it for me thankyou so much👍👏👏”
