“Paid for delivery within 1-2business days and it was finally delivered (in a damaged box) 5 working days later. Emailed and was told they canβt refund the delivery cost. Meant my daughter was without medication. Personally wont use again.”

Unfortunately, it looks like your parcel was lost and damaged during transit with Royal Mail, which caused a delay in delivery time. We hope you understand that once the parcel has left the premises it is up to the courier to fulfil the requested delivery option.

“My pharmacy is brilliant in many ways, however one area could be improved is packaging, instead of using cube type boxes which can't be put through the letterbox. Slimmer boxes or padded envelopes which can go through the letterbox, which would save the postman leaving with neighbours and then the retrieval process.”
