“They allowed me to pay for next day shipping when it wasn’t actually available then refused to give me back the £12 I spent on shipping, ordered in the Thursday and didn’t revive till the Monday, product was fine but customer service was awful.”

Your order was placed at 6:08 pm Thursday, the 3rd August, after we had closed for the day. It was then dispatched the next morning, Friday with the delivery option you had selected, DPD signed NEXT DAY 12pm.
Before checkout, each postage option has additional information underneath. The postage option you selected states the following - Delivered by 12pm - If ordered before 3 pm (Excludes Weekends & Hols). Therefore your order was delivered within the given timeframe.
