“Because I made the order at the start of a weekend there was a slight delay getting approval for the drug I needed for my mother’s angina. I also made the error of ordering just before my holiday so there was a lot of stress as to whether it would arrive in time. Overall it was only about a day overdue as I had fortunately ordered next day delivery. The parcel arrived one hour before I was due to leave for the airport so I just managed to get my mother a supply of her medication without needing to try to get through to her GP or cardiologist. My Pharmacy nevertheless asked the relevant questions about why the drug was needed and what type of patient was going to use the drug. I was kept uptodate with what stage the order had reached and was reassured of the promptness of delivery. It is a good service and look forward to using My Pharmacy again.”

“Easy to order online, delivery very prompt. However, putting in my date of birth takes forever as I was not born in 2006 which is the default date. One has to click back from 2006 month by month. My finger was worn out by the time I got to 1951. Why not do what every other site does and let you put in your date of birth manually as dd/mm/yyyy”
