“So I paid double the amount for some medicated eye drops as the postage for next day delivery was about £9. Only the package didn't arrive the next day......or the day after that. So basically been scammed out of money. Don't use this service if you're needing next day delivery!!! I won't ever use this service ever again!”

The box of medication is relatively small however there is additional packaging to ensure the product is not damaged in transit. We use the smallest box possible and the vast majority of the time the box can be posted.
We have no control over the size of letter boxes or the individual courier delivering the parcel. We have tracked your parcel and is awaiting your decision to have it delivered at a more convenient time.
