“Could you please write a complaint to Royal Mail your trusted sender ??
I was expecting my medicine today, but a complete mess was made of my delivery. There is no way of sending a complaint to Royal Mail, so I will send it to you, Royal Mail's 'trusted sender' !!!
My medicine was delivered, not to me in person as medicine should be, and not by ringing my door bell (I am always in as I am an invalid housebound) but by throwing the parcel into a deep stairwell, by my high staircase, covered by very sharp rose thorns ! how am I supposed to reach that ! The message of 'Safe' delivery left on my emai,l was 'Parcel delivered to enclosed porch' Such a lie !!!
