We're sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel. I've taken a look at your account and can confirm it was dispatched. Your tracking information states that it was succesffully delivered 24/04/2024, however the image of the delivery is unavailable.
Please contact our customer support team (info@mypharmacy.co.uk) with your order number as reference and they'll be able to escalate this with Royal Mail and provide further detail.
