“I had a email from the pharmacy to say time to reorder on 2 of my prescriptions, I was running short so decided to reorder, I then had to fill in a questionnaire again that I had already filled in twice before this seems rediculous when the pharmacy already has my record of previous answers on 2 occasions just seems a waste of time.”

I've taken a look at our email history and there was no correspondence between yourself and our customer support team in regards to your address.
