“Ordered my pets food on Sunday it arrived by Wednesday neatly packaged and delivered how we asked. The dogs live the food so we are happy pet parents and have happy doggies”

“The ordering of the product was easy as usual. However the delivery was terrible. The first day it was scheduled we stayed in especially so the delivery did not get wet. Had a message intimating we were not in. The second delivery was left outside a neighbours house,the neighbour was not aware it had been delivered. I messaged to say leave in a shed with directions for where the shed could be found as I new I would not be in. This was obviously a waste of time as the driver took no notice. Luckily I recognised from the photo where it had been delivered. This kind of delivery service could effect your business.”
