“Orders are processed very quickly and are normally received within a couple of days. Good communications. The only downside is that prices have soared but appreciate that this is everything and everyone at the moment”

“First time ordering from My Pet Warehouse and encountered an issue with the dog food delivered. I emailed, enclosing photos, asking for someone to look into it & get back to me, and no response. After spending over £70 on one bag of dog food, I would expect better customer service. Going back to my previous supplier - saving a few £ was NOT worth it.”

“The delivery has been "refused" by the driver 5 times because he doesn't know where my address is even though I gave him directions via phone. I've had to buy dog food elsewhere because I'm still waiting for this one. I still haven't received the delivery.”
