We sorry to hear you're unhappy with the delivery charge, the delivery service we offer is a fully tracked next day delivery with an hour timeslot provided on the morning of delivery by DPD. Our delivery charge is clearly advertised on the basket page and on our delivery information page so if customers are unhappy with the delivery charge they don't have to proceed and place an order. “Have ordered Eden dry dog food from the company for the past 5 years and always delivered efficiently and in quick time with whilst offering very competitive prices. In these 5 years the courier was to blame once for a non delivery however customer service at My Pet Warehouse sorted the issue out straight away with next day delivery. Mg dog loves the food as well.”
