“I had a problem with one of the items being damaged, I believe not the fault of the company I bought them from, more the delivery company. Mypetwarehouse were exceptionally quick with a replacement and follow up e mails. I was very impressed.”

Particularly sterling service on my last order when there was a problem with the bank and Stuart kindly phoned me as soon as he noticed it- amazing attention to detail! - and everything was sorted quickly and satisfactorily. I wouldn't use anyone else for my dog food.”

“Was very pleased with the ease of use of the website, placed my order on the Friday morning and it was delivered on Saturday afternoon, great delivery speed, packaging used was an ECO Friendly version, although I had 2 large boxes. The 2 Eartbound dog beds I ordered were as described on the website the prices were very competitive in fact with the free (& very quick) delivery made the choice even easier. No doubt will be back for more doggy goodies.”
