“I was feeding my small terrier cross breed Lilys kitchen meat trays and she kept having stomach issues. A friend recommended the Carnilove meat range for my terrier cross breed and that friend is a dog rescuer/pound puller who has a small terrier cross breed of her own. I looked at the various sites selling Carnilove and came across my pet warehouse and I have also been buying poo bags, natural treats and toys for my terrier from this site too and I definitely do feel that not only do I get great value for money and the variety of Carnilove meat range but also great value for money on the natural treats, toys and great quality poo bags. I absolutely love the fact that with each purchase with an account, you collect bonus points which can be saved and used for extras I wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. The delivery speed is second to none. Pets at home, eat your heart out because my per warehouse haven't failed once to get my orders sent out and delivered within 48hrs of ordering within the hours of the day specified on site to get it prepared for a speedy delivery. Overall I am not just pleased but elated with the level of service I have received since I moved to this site, even customer service queries are answered speedily and thoroughly leaving no doubt after conversing with the customer service team. Whatever it is you're doing, please keep it up and you've got yourselves a lifelong customer!!”
