“My order was delivered the very next day after ordering. Only slightly more expensive than our previous brand but my dog is very happy with his new food and more excited than usual for meal times. Great service and a happy dog! Thank you”

“We were looking for a bed for our new puppy and liked the look of the Earthbound waterproof bed. I read reviews and did some price comparison and My Pet Warehouse were the most competitive on price. My order came quickly was well packaged and the quality of the bed is great. Can't wait till our wee pup arrives and enjoys it. Considering buying the bigger size for my other 2 dogs as they love to cuddle together. 🥰”

“The products are competitively priced and are delivered very quickly. My only negative comment would be the parcel packaging. On more than one occasion my delivery has had to be re-sealed/reinforced by the carrier and on one occasion items had ‘escaped’. My Pet Warehouse you need to address your packaging process!”

“I switched to using My Pet Warehouse after my previous pet food supplier, Get Set Pet, stopped trading. MPW are more expensive for the product I get, but they do discounts for buying in bulk and also give reward points so it works out ok, and also they are very efficient in terms of delivery and communication so I will stay with them now.”
