The product arrived very well packaged and the communications were excellent throughout with either emails or phone calls being used as best fitted the circumstances. “What an amazing team and such a pleasant experience dealing with Picture Perfect Gallery. I ordered a couple of Doug Hyde prints as a present just before Christmas and Russ, Matt and Jay kept me up to date on a regular basis. Initially, due to the busy Christmas schedule, the first estimated date was in January but the team worked their magic and manage to ship the entire order prior to my partner's birthday, and my partner was over the moon when she saw her present. All the items were very well packaged and all were sent with recorded delivery. Their attention to detail is spot on and they noticed that one of the prints didn't have the COA in the package so they made sure that I received the COA via tracked mail straight after. I was very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend Picture Perfect Gallery to anyone. Thank you Russ, Matt and Jay.”

“Cannot recommend Picture Perfect highly enough. We usually use another gallery but everyone we have dealt with has been both knowledgeable and friendly. Communication was excellent. Picture arrived on time and well packaged. We shall definitely be using them again. Over the moon with my picture and the team!”

“Purchased limited addition print from Picture Perfects website.Quick and trouble free.The deadline for Christmas was very tight but i received the print as promised.My wife loved it and it now hangs in our lounge.Would happily recommend Picture Perfect and will purchase from again.”
