“Russell was very helpful but my timing of placing my order came when Picture Perfect was swamped by a large influx of inventory. We were able to get the delivery in time in spite of all the delays, me trying to setup a Paypal account and he to clear his schedule of inventory tasks. He was very polite and accommodating while I didn't have complete access to email and am in the USA and didn't want to pay for overseas calls.”

“Friendly, responsive service, there was an issue with the delivery but Russell dealt with it and kept me informed to prevent it becoming a problem. The picture was well-wrapped and protected and exactly as expected so what more could I want? I will definitely use Picture Perfect gallery again.”

“Russell was so helpful. He was willing to discuss my requirements and he quickly found my perfect picture, a Doug Hyde limited edition print. It was framed promptly and delivered a week after ordering. Delivery was spot on time and the packaging was very robust. And all for a great price! All my friends and family love my print. Thank you :-)”

“The communication from Picture Perfect regarding my order cannot be faulted. They told me when the picture had been framed, and when it had been sent out. They even checked I had received it. When the picture arrived we were delighted with the quality of the frame, which perfectly complemented the picture. Wonderful customer service, and at a very competitive price. Would buy from Picture Perfect Gallery again.”

“When we received the picture ( which was purchased at a good price! ) it was apparent there was a small issue with the framing, this was quickly sorted with the help of Russell. The picture now hangs happily on the stair wall!”

“I recently bought “Summertime” by Doug Hyde from Picture Perfect Gallery. Although initially not in stock, Russell kept me fully updated as to the progress of my piece and contacted me as soon as it became available. I received my picture the following day which was impeccably wrapped and in perfect condition. This was the first time I had used Picture Perfect Gallery but certainly won’t be the last. Extremely helpful, friendly service throughout and I am delighted with my purchase. Well done, keep up the fabulous work.”
