“Purchased a print online for my wife's birthday. Russell called me the next day to discuss availability and delivery of the picture. He kept me informed via email through the whole process even past delivery to make sure everything was okay. It's refreshing and rare to receive this level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend purchasing artwork from here as my wife and I couldn't be happier with the result.”

“The service here is second to none. Russell is superb! I ordered a picture for my wife's birthday, and there was a problem ordering the one I wanted, but Russell found an alternative, and then managed to get it shipped overnight to me in time for her birthday! She was delighted, as was I. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.”

“Russell was fantastic from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and made buying my wife’s birthday gift of Doug Hyde ‘Sweethearts’ an easy and stress free experience. When spending what for me is a lot of money on a present you want everything to be right and it was. Would definitely recommend Picture Perfect Gallery and Russell to anybody looking for that special piece of artwork. Wife’s birthday was 2 weeks ago but haven’t managed to put it on the wall as need special fixings for the wall but will look even better when it’s up.”

“Great communication. Worked to the date I needed for delivery. Very well packaged. High quality framing of artwork. “Russels customer service was absolutely fantastic. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased a picture on 0% finance. The application was sent through and done in seconds. Russel kept me in the loop as to when the picture would b with me, as It was for a 50th birthday present. I would highly recommend purchasing a picture from Russel and I will definately be using picture perfect again. I have one happy husband. Than you once again to Russel.”
