“This is my second Doug Hyde purchase from Picture Perfect Gallery. The customer service I have received on both occasion's is simply what puts the "perfect" into the name :) From ordering to delivery its a seamless process. “I highly recommend Picture Perfect Gallery. During lockdown my daughter was 18 and her original gift had to be cancelled, I saw a print online one week before her birthday that I knew she would love. I emailed to make enquiries as I had never purchased from an online gallery preferring physical shops, Russell telephoned me direct and went above and beyond to help. The print was framed, dispatched and delivered inside a week and arrived on the special day about 1 hour before my daughter woke up. It was exactly as described with COA, beautifully framed and expertly packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Picture Perfect Gallery again. Thankyou so much. Tracy and John”

“Bought from these on several occasions and always received great service and fast delivery. This purchase was even better as picture I wanted was out of stock but Russell and team went and sourced me a picture and again had it sent to me within 48 hours. “Russell was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We have now purchased 3 of John Waterhouse's pictures and a beautiful bronze Flamenco dancer by Carl Payne. We did lots of research leading up to our purchases and found that Picture Perfect Gallery were by far the cheapest and the service was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to our next purchase with them.”

I was kept up to date with the order regarding availability and delivery, it arrived on time and packaged extremely well to protect the item. “I recieved my beautiful picture today! I was worried that due to covid-19 restrictions that it wouldn't arrive in time for fathers day. However after speaking to Jay and Russel who then phoned the artist personally to cobfirm my delivery will be on time ! Thank you guys , brilliant customer service !!”

“After an initial error/delay in ordering, this was rectified extremely promptly by Russell and we received our order overnight. It has been my mantra for years that he who does nothing, gets nothing wrong. We all make mistakes, it is how we deal with them that is the measure. In this Russell and the guys at Picture Perfect Gallery are top notch! I would defiantly use again.”

“Fantastic service as always. Following my purchase of Sweethearts by Doug Hyde last year ordered Fab by Jennifer Hogwood. Russell replied to any questions promptly and went out of his way to make sure the bronze was delivered as soon as possible. Picture Perfect Gallery has been around for many years since their High St Wanstead days and will always be my first choice for both cost and customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. “I was looking for a 40th birthday present for my wife during lockdown. With the sadness of cancelled holidays, it needed to be good and Linda Carter held a special place in our hearts. I only had a couple of weeks to find something and I’m pleased to say that Russell did all the heavy lifting and managed to pull it off. The artwork arrived the day before the big one and I’m pleased to say my wife loved it.”
