“Professional person centred customer service: Really impressed with the exceptional customer support I had from Russ , from initial enquiry to aftercare. “Impeccable customer service. Parcel Force stuffed up the delivery a couple of times but Jay and Russell from Picture Perfect Gallery were fantastic about chasing down the picture and keeping me updated on a twice daily basis until delivery was achieved. Wrapping was superb and the picture just as presented online. Highly recommended.”

“Very good communication. The product is lovely and it was a very good price. It was well wrapped and arrived safely. The only MINOR negative was that the limited edition sculpture was out of stock when I ordered it - not a problem, but my credit card was charged immediately. I would have expected the charge to be made once the company had acquired the replacement. Would have been messy had they been unable to get another one.”
