“Fabulous experience with Picture Perfect and highly recommend. The purchase was for a colleague who was leaving and I had to have the picture delivered within a certain time frame - all went smoothly and Russell kept in close contact giving me updates on when to expect delivery which was perfectly packed and delivered. Russell was always on the end of the phone and would call back if I left a message. Great service, great team and looking forward to purchasing further pictures in 2020.”

“Fantastic customer service and I would recommend Picture Perfect Gallery. Russell is very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of my order. The picture is a Christmas present for my wife so I haven’t opened the delivery packaging. Can’t wait until Christmas morning 😊”

“What a perfectly charming business to deal with. I had a few queries which were dealt with very professionally and efficiently. My purchase came at the designated time and was extremely well packed. “Russell was extremely helpful and made the whole experience of purchasing artwork enjoyable; he wasn’t pushy or forceful, instead he shared his knowledge freely and was extremely helpful. Whilst he is selling artwork every day, he realised that for us that this was an event and treated it as such. What customer service is all about.”

“Pleasure dealing with Russell. Good communications and kept me informed during the printing process. Also accommodating on the delivery of the item (I'm not always around to take delivery) by allowing me to choose a suitable date. Best price I could find for the piece too! Will use again. “Picture Perfect Gallery are the ONLY gallery I use to buy my Doug Hyde purchases . You could not ask for a better service - superb communications, quick despatch, superb delivery firm used (parcelforce) and excellent customer service. Russell is brilliant and they are just such a great gallery. Can’t recommend high enough.”
