“Purchased a piece by the artist Steve Tandy. I spoke to Russell about buying this picture. He took the time to explain the process and the timescales. I was notified when the picture was despatched and received a follow up email after delivery checking I was pleased with the picture. A pleasurable experience and at a very good price. I shall certainly consider using Picture perfect gallery again when purchasing another picture.”

“Even in these weird and wonderful times we find ourselves in Picture Perfect kept me up to date with regard when I could expect my picture to be delivered. Once available it was dispatched promptly and I was notified of its progress through every step until received. Excellent purchase at a very reasonable price and top customer service. Thank you!”

“I placed my order with the gallery because they had a very competitive price - Jay picked this up straight away and kept me regularly informed as to delivery, which was taking longer than usual due to the pandemic. Order arrived today exactly as I was told it would, in perfect condition. Would definitely use Picture Perfect Gallery again”

“I am delighted with the Paul James art work I purchased from Picture Perfect. It was a long time coming because of the corona virus situation, however, Russ kept me informed about what was going on. He always got back to me following any calls I made. It arrived at the gallery unframed and Russ organised its framing - it has been done to my requirements beautifully and I am very happy. Once it had been framed I required its delivery by a certain date and Russ went out of his way to arrange this for me. The artwork was packed with great care. I am delighted with the service I received and the art itself.”

“We ordered a painting from Picture Perfect Gallery as a retirement present for a colleague. Although we ordered duding the lockdown period, the order was processed and completed in a timely manner. The staff were all extremely accommodating and informative through their communication and the painting itself was fantastic quality.
