“This was the first occasion I had purchased a piece online (usually go to a physical gallery). However due to the current situation this was not possible. Through no fault of picture perfect gallery the frame colour was not correct. The picture perfect team could not have done enough for me to correct the issue. I received the piece with the correct colour frame well within the time allocated. A gift was sent along to apologise for the error (as I say the error was out ot their control). That gesture, and how the whole team corresponded has encouraged me to buy art online in the future and will always use picture perfect to do so .”

“Was looking for a particular Simon Kenny limited print and Picture Perfect not only had a significantly lower price than other galleries, but was also further discounted by 15% in their sale. I purchased that print for my good lady as a present plus another limited print, getting both framed for less than what our local gallery was selling the first one for. Due to the framing, there was a 2 week wait due to current circumstances, but Jay kept me informed by email on progress. They both arrived today, earlier than expected, expertly packed and look fantastic. Cannot praise Picture Perfect highly enough, will definitely be ordering again, many thanks for a great buying experience.”

“A very positive experience, Russell replied to our emails promptly & kept us informed over the delay due to Covid, putting our minds at rest. Our picture arrived directly from Paul Hortons art studio, packaged so carefully & is just perfect. Such a beautiful print which has completed our newly decorated cottage summer room. “I have been looking for a Gary Hodges limited edition print and found the right one on the Picture Perfect website. I ordered it during lockdown and was kept informed about the progress of my order which I was impressed with during such difficult times. When it arrived it was in good condition as it had been very well packed. I would definitely buy form this company again.”

“More than impressed with the service from the gallery. I ordered the sculpture on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, all beautifully and securely packaged. My order was followed up immediately with an email from the gallery and tracking facilities from Parcel Force, couldn’t ask for more. Absolutely love my sculpture, Life is Sweet by Doug Hyde, which has pride of place in my living room, bringing a big smile to my face every time I look at it ! A big thank you to all at the gallery for their efficiency and professional approach.”
