We paid for 2 boxes of Stixall which were delivered by thier chosen couriers and left outside a locked building on an industrial estate.
Apparently its my fault for being on holiday!!!!”

I was told that I could only use one discount code even though the second was offered to me by their system. The offer item was a better saving so I asked if I could change the order to have the original offer. I was told that’s going to be complicated so I asked for my order to be canceled so I could re-order, I was told yes that’s fine I would get a refund in a couple of days. Two days later the original order arrived they had not canceled it or changed it to include the better discount.”
