“I bought some grinding discs on a buy five packs of 10 get one pack of 10 free deal. I entered the special code and also spent extra money to get free delivery. The extra ten discs didn’t arrive. I rang the company and who ever I spoke to wasn’t at all helpful.
I emailed the company and they replied ok but would only send the extra ten if I paid the postage. They would they say send me the ten discs if I put in another order and they would send them out with that. I would suggest to my consumables that buy five get one free should be automatic and not have to go through the code thing.”
