“I called customer services as the offer item had not come through after I had placed the order. I was told that I could only use one discount code even though the second was offered to me by their system. The offer item was a better saving so I asked if I could change the order to have the original offer. I was told that’s going to be complicated so I asked for my order to be canceled so I could re-order, I was told yes that’s fine I would get a refund in a couple of days. Two days later the original order arrived they had not canceled it or changed it to include the better discount.”
“Great price for the product. Unfortunately, the courier DHL seemed incapable of finding my address and were very poor all round, taking 14 days to deliver, eventually to a different address. However, my consumables were very proactive in trying to sort this out and have a great customer service ethos.”

Have you contacted us about this? Because we would have resolved this issue for you with DHL straight away, we are known for outstanding customer service so I don't think its fair we are judged based on the DHL service, I think they should get the 3 out of 5 reviews instead.
