“Having obtained an online quote I had to get in contact with your customer services to provide clarity and additional information. This resulted in the near doubling of the premium as the customer service colleague had omitted my Institute of advanced motorists advanced motorcyclists qualification and that my motorcycle had no additional security features reducing your risk of my motorcycle being stolen. Not only does it have an alarmed disc lock but also benefits from the Datatool Trakking system which is a subscription service that can satellite track my motorcycle if ever moved without the ignition key. Deeply disappointed and won't be using motor vision insurance again at the point of renewal unless from this review you get in touch with me to discuss.”

“It was easy to contact the company and change from my previous insurers. The people I spoke to were friendly and explained things clearly but you can only tell how good they are if you have to make a claim which I hope I never need to do”
