“Being of a certain age communicating with a computer is Not my comfortable means of doing business. After a while of trying to see how tp advise a change of vehicle I got through on the chat line to a human being. Unsurprisingly I was able to achieve my objective quite rapidly and better still my blood pressure resumed to normal!”
