The system worked well they filtered calls for us as a business and passed them on to the relevant persons. The call handlers were friendly and courteous when on the phone. Only had issues when trying to reach customer service to speak about our business account. They would always try and pass me on to no avail. Then would suggest they give me a callback.

Despite a lovely customer services team, I was unable to get my calls answered professionally or to the patter I provided. We ended up bringing our call answering back in-house after a short trial.

After a successful first week, I have been very impressed with the service by Message Direct. The information gathered from enquiries is spot on and after speaking with our customers to get their feedback on our new messaging service, they have been equally impressed. Very simple onboarding procedure, flexible approach. Simple and clear phone messages received via email to two staff members. So far so good.

We needed an emergency line set up quickly, with 24/7 message taking for a project. This was done within hours and communication and understanding from Message Direct was faultless. Closure at the end of the project was also simple. We remain a client for our other lines, and on the odd occasion something hasn't quite worked correctly the team has always been responsive to correct.
