“We came for the second part of the service, having been to mass in church first, it was warm and welcoming, a really cosy feel. Everything was set up nicely for us, the music, photo and video presentations were excellent and AV set up well positioned, so everybody could view and hear them comfortably. Everybody commented on how much they "enjoyed" the experience......”

“The surrounding area is beautiful. The place felt peaceful. We had enough time and space to make everything feel special and they adhered to some last minute changes from a horrible covid situation excellently. Thank you. Feels like an odd comment given the nature of the business but we would definitely use again.”

“North Herts Memorial Park is in a lovely rural setting outside Hitchin, very quiet and nicely laid out as you approach. They were very tech-friendly and accommodated our presentation which was a mixture of pictures, music and video. The service was live-streamed and the quality and sound was excellent which was great as we had family and friends watching from all corners of the globe. Those who could not attend have been grateful for the chance to watch again. Well done Memoria.”

“A well set out crematorium, clean tidy and spacious, the site has plenty of car parking spaces. The building is set well back from the road so has minimal noise, this is ideal if you have a family or friend interred here as it is a peaceful location.”

“Our recent service for my Mum at Memoria was smoothly organised, respectful and calm. All arrangements were handled directly with our funeral directors which made it less stressful at this difficult time. The chapel was a lovely place and it was nice to see the screens displaying Mum's name, too. We were especially pleased that the service was able to be webcast so that our sister could join us live in Australia. Many of Mum's friends who couldn't attend, both from the UK and abroad, have been able to view the service onlilne, too.”

“I would like to pass on my thanks to all the professionals who went to make the day as successful as it was. There was dignity and respect shown for my dearly departed partner and I felt a strange comfort on the day that he was being completely looked after. As sad and upsetting the day was, the ceremony helped somewhat in enabling in letting him go on the next stage of his journey. My sincere thanks to everyone.”
