“The crematorium was relaxed and comfortable, rather than cold and austere. Chairs were comfortable. Staff were on hand to answer any queries and put my mind at ease before the ceremony started and the ease of parking was a weight off my mind.”

“We celebrated our Mother's life with you yesterday. Everything was perfect and I particularly loved the fact that your room, with it's comfortable seating, is just the right size which gives a real feeling of intimacy, particularly as our celebration was quite small and I know we all took away lovely warm memories of the day.”

“From the time of my first enquiry, through to the end of the Celebration of Life service, the staff have been kindly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing has been too much time or trouble. On the day everything ran like clockwork and too the stress out of the whole process. A big thank you to you all.”

“My mother-in-laws funeral was held at the North Herts Crematorium recently. I can only praise both Austins Funeral Directors and the crematorium for the sensitive way everything was handled. The funeral went smoothly, without any hitches, and the pickup of her ashes was very easy. I can only thank everyone involved for making a sad occasion very comfortable for all concerned.”

Its a lovely peaceful place with an interior that suits the now ,quite diverse forms of Service around peoples funerals ,ours being no exception . The Family would like to Thank you most sincerely for the service you gave us and more importantly the professional way the whole team conducted the ceremony.
