“We used Memoria for both of our parents - November 21 and August 22. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable seating, spacious, airy, well lit area. Very effective technical support - that may sound silly, but being able to broadcast online, being able to rewatch or download the service, the use of the screens, esp for the video tributes. That all makes the service and the experience a greater celebration of the life lost and also enables you to include friends and family who can't be there in person - we have a lot of relatives in Australia, so the video link was really useful for our wider family. The location is also peaceful and tranquil, which, imo, is in keeping with a funeral. Liaison with our funeral directors was clearly top notch as on both occasions everything was arranged and organised smoothly. Highly recommended. Nigel”

“Donna and all the colleagues at the crematorium have been so professional Donna especially has helped us through a very difficult time , nothing has been to much trouble for her , she has shown such kindness and patience and has been wonderful helping us so much and guiding us step by step with many decisions we have had to make . We could not have asked for more, she made the worst time a little more bearable with her empathy and understanding Thank you so much Lees family”

“Memoria is the most pleasant crematorium I have ever had to go to with attractive gardens, welcoming staff and comfortable seating. My dads funeral went off very well last week and I am very grateful to the staff for the caring way they helped my family and I to give dad the send off he would have liked. They definitely deserve 5 stars!. Many thanks.”
