“At a time of extreme sadness and anxiety, Memoria and its employees were professional, helpful and most importantly empathetic when we used their services for a service and burial. We were able to come and have a look around at a time that was convenient for us and the whole visit experience was calm and tranquil. Callum was extremely kind and helped my mum to go to the burial area in the buggy which I felt went above and beyond the level of service I expected. On the day, the service and facilities could not have been faulted. The grounds have been beautifully maintained, even when the heat wave spoiled the green grass! I would highly recommend Memoria and the North Oxfordshire Memorial Ground.”

“I cannot fault the staff at the Crematorium, they were just marvellous and so very kind to all the people who came to be at the Service. And I thank everyone who was so kind to my late beloved husband, Anthony Dennis Frederick Cook. Nothing could have been done better. Thank you to everyone involved. Barbara J. Cook”

“Always bright clean and modern a perfect ending to one’s cherished relatives or friends . On the drive in it doesn’t seem your driving up to a crematorium it looks more like a large family home and that seems to take a lot of the sadness away , when I went to pick my up fathers ashes the staff were so kind thoughtful and caring a job done well by all . Thank you so much”

“This is the 3rd time in the last 15 months that we have had cause to use this service on each occasion we were well looked after. The room where the service is held was immaculate and the facilities and ground around for parking was very good. Would definitely recommend it.”

“Not having attended Memoria before i was pleasantly surprised at how lovely and peaceful it was. The layout of roads and entrance and exits worked very well. The facilities of music and photo slideshow was very good. Overall a very good experience.”

“Easy access, well laid out, very clean and tidy. Everything needed for the service is in full view of the mourners, and there is a nice peaceful atmosphere. Sound and video quality was excellent, especially for the webcast to family overseas. The only issue with the sound was when the minister went to the coffin for the committal: there was no microphone in that part of the room so his voice got a little lost. This could be solved by the use of a radio microphone. Apart from that, the overall facilities & extras were very well presented. It will be our family funeral service place from now on.”

“Couldn't fault the venue or surroundings I looked at prices for a memorial of some type, but found them to be extremely pricey and decided not to purchase. My sister has since purchased a nice quality bench with a plaque which can be a permanent memorial for a fraction of the cost if a 15 year rental.”

“Service provided was excellent. The provision of the online stream was much appreciated by family that could not attend in person. It was easy to use the link with clear guidance. The environment was well presented and peaceful. The only downside was that it was an extremely busy day at the crem and it did have a slight feel of a conveyor belt . Sad to see.”
