“You never know what to expect when putting together the funeral until the day and I was truly proud of the service, which is a big thank you to all that was involved. My two children came up the Friday before to have a look and was given a bear, which they absolutely love and was a very nice touch. Great service thank you”

“First time I had attended a service here. Was very impressed with the style of the building spotlessly clean and gave an atmosphere of calm and contentment. The process was faultless and a large number of mourners commented favourably about the building and its location. It is much nicer than Chester crematorium which I’m more familiar with. Would definitely recommend anyone to hold a service at your crematorium.”

“Excellent. location and an enormous plus for smaller,but adequate ,size of the chapel.Seating was of the highest comfort and the background music first class quality. Altogether an extremely nice and comforting atmosphere,in what is always a trying situation”

The location itself is situated in a serene Hertfordshire countryside setting, which provided a peaceful and comforting backdrop during a difficult time. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with well-kept gardens that offered a sense of tranquility to everyone who attended. It truly felt like a respectful and dignified environment, perfect for honoring our loved one. The venue inside was equally impressive. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming — everything you'd hope for when gathering friends and family for such an occasion. The staff were attentive, ensuring everything was set up just right and helping make the service ran smoothly. We are grateful for their professionalism and the care they showed. All in all, the service was beautifully handled, and the surroundings made it a truly memorable farewell. Thank you to everyone involved.”
