“The venue was excellent and the service well conducted and as pleasant as could be under the circumstances. I would have had no complaints until the venue's bizarre decision to then blitz me with marketing materials by mail, and email, and then to phone me up personally a few days later with a sales call masquerading as a 'checking you are ok' call. These intrusive contacts were inappropriate and upsetting, and quite wrong for a funeral venue after the fact.”

“First impressions: Lovely, well managed landscaping and planting. Well managed facility, large, well equipped. Live streaming service excellent addition. Staff friendly and helpful and efficient. Only downside was the need to keep to strict 40 minutes. With hindsight would have booked double session to ensure more relaxed proceedings.”

“Beautiful quiet surroundings. The entry and the service proceeded smoothly in a dignified and unhurried manner. The chapel was nicely arranged (Covid rules). We had time to meet with the other guests after the service.”

“We were all impressed with the setting and chapel at North Herts. The service was lovely, the funeral directors, Celebrant and indeed everything was better than expected. The funeral went smoothly, and we all felt supported and cared for by all staff there. Thank you for making a difficult day so much more bearable.”

“A very professional company that take great care in all they do. The gardens & chapel surrounding are so peaceful & relaxing. I like the fact that. Services never overlap with the next I would highly recommend Thank you very much. You make a hard day. That bit easier to contend with.”

“Very helpful, Nikki ( the lady that help me through this awful time ) was always there should I need help with form filling and such and was very patient with me as I was abit flustered with the forms. The undertakers they used Wilkinsons were very good and I would highly recommend.”

“The service for my mother’s funeral in June 2021 was very professionally and sensitively conducted by Memoria. It was also good to be able to have the addition of a webcast of the service for those unable to attend. Thank you to all the staff involved.”
