“The ceremony room was excellent and the visuals and music too. The staff were professional and sensitive. The location is well designed and laid out. The gardens will be very lovely once fully established. Suited us perfectly.”

“Thank you making a very difficult day more personal. It was lovely to see on the screens pictures of steam trains that my Dad so loved. Also, the picture of my Dad that was placed by the coffin was nice and I wasn't expecting it. The whole site looks lovely, bright but still respectful, a thank you to the staff. A day I was dreading was made more bearable. Thank You.”

“What a beautiful crematorium in stunning tranquil grounds. The interior is most welcoming and a fabulous touch to have so many candles lit. The seating was very comfortable too. Thank you so much Memoria.”

“Our recent experience at Memoria North Hertfordshire Crematorium was just as we would wish. Everything they offer was explained to us during our visit to this attractive and well-placed building with a flourishing memorial garden. At our son's funeral which had a very large attendance, every care was taken to cater for us. The facilities are so good, including a live link and screens if required, and the staff were helpful and respectful. It was very reassuring to us at such an enormously sad event, that we had all the support we needed and the funeral was beautiful and all our choices were respected.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. All who attended mum's funeral commented on how much they appreciated and enjoyed the service. Just one minor blip with the music but this was soon rectified.”

“Memoria provided a very professional service for us during a very difficult time; they couldn't do enough for us and enabled us to visit the crematorium in advance to help with the plans. The facilities and layout of the North Herts Crematorium, with the sofas at the front for families, are very good and have been well thought through, and its setting was very peaceful and tranquil”

“Mum's service went very well. We chose to have the webcam option and relatives who could not attend were very pleased to be able to join in this way. We were very pleased with the whole process and the setting is very peaceful and exactly what we needed.”
