“The landscaping is very good and in time when it matures will be even better, the interior of the Chapel was not somber but respectful and light, which is what is needed, it has less of a Conveyor belt feel than other crematoriums. It was good there were parking assistants as the funeral was packed.”

“I would highly recommend Memoria. The interior where the service was held is lovely and it felt just right for my mums funeral. The decor is classic and warm. The grounds and parking were all good. The only thing missing was somewhere for people to shelter before the funeral, it was a freezing November day and some elderly relatives struggled.”

“extremely efficient and discreet service. very good facilities. obviously a visit to a crem is not what anyone would wish to do, but Memoria and our funeral directors made this as easy and painless as possible. Especially grateful for the live streaming and the video viewing facility because many of our relatives are overseas.”

“Beautiful, dignified, classy. Everyone who attended , and it was a small private intimate occasion, said how the service was beautiful. Staff etc very obliging, and the actual Chapel was very welcoming and clean. Lovely place , well kept . I would recommend this to anyone.”

“The crematorium was a lovely setting for Mum’s funeral, thank you. My one observation for feedback is that the entrance/exit driveway would benefit from being wider, as it was very tight having two vehicles pass.”

“All staff that we dealt with were kind and courteous. The chapel is well appointed and pleasing. My only disappointment was with the piped music which accompanied our chosen hymn. It was far too fast to sing to which was a great shame.”
