“All in all a nice peaceful setting and nicely conducted service. Disappointingly the deceased's surname was wrong (not just spelt incorrectly, but wrong altogether) on the plaque in the post-service reception area.”

“My wife's funeral took place on the 7th March 2023. The North Hertfordshire Crematorium Chapel and the surrounding Memorial Park have a very pleasant appearance. We had around a hundred friends and family attending and all were easily accommodated. I subsequently visited the Memorial Park to begin the process for interment of my wife's ashes. The gentlemen that I met was very helpful.”

“For such a short service I felt it was a proper tribute to my husband and very respectful. I would only add that I would have liked the videos to have been played full screen and if it were possible to have a closer view of the coffin with its tributes.”

“The location lends itself perfectly to the, albeit, sad occasion. Much more personal than Thornhill. I was a bit reticent in using the facility but having visited before deciding on a venue I'm so glad I chose Memoria. A very sad day made bearable by beautiful grounds and scenery. Car parking is also extremely convenient. Choosing a location for the cremation of a loved one is not a task any of us wants to face but Memoria in Barry proved to be the right choice despite the appalling weather (snow)”

“Lovely venue. Arrangements were perfect. Music and photos were exactly as we had requested. People who had not been there before said what a lovely place it is. Parking is easy. Covered area sufficiently extensive to accommodate numbers attending. Many thanks for a memorable farewell to my husband.”

“The service provided is sensitive, very personal to the bereaved and their family. The family did not feel rushed, there was time to spend on the farewell. The Chapel itself is comfortable, modern and light, the grounds beautiful”
