“My husbands service was on 25th October and my family and I were very pleased with everything. All concerned did everything to help us through this sad time especially Bernie Wright and the Co-op services. Sadly after years of helping her father through his illnesses. 3 days later my daughter too has passed away. As you can imagine a very hard time for us.”

“The Crem is in beautiful surroundings and there is plenty of room allowing our friends and family to gather and mix before the service. The building and hall are simple but immaculate allowing the service to go ahead without a hitch, which is useful when you are mourning the loss if a loved one. I would highly recommend Memoria.”

“We held the funeral of my late father at Amber Valley Memoria on 13th September 2021 and chose the venue based on attending a previous funeral service there. The venue is situated in lovely, peaceful surroundings with a good sized car park which is important as it's a stressful time. The staff on duty were very compassionate and helpful and the building is new, very clean and comforting. Amber Valley Memoria makes it a more personable service.”

“We personalised our service with Brenda's music and a family made video tribute which was way too large to upload via the link our undertaker forwarded. Nothing was too much trouble at the organisation stage, with all the staff we had contact with being clear and sensitive with guidance. The day was a blur, but i think that was because its a well oiled machine. At no point was i aware of an issue despite our church service being longer than anticipated and us being late. Would thoroughly recommend AVMP its a beautiful facility on what is an awful occasion. Many thanks to all the staff, because its the people that make the difference. Especially Lisa, thanks so much for your help.”
