“The building and facilities are very good and pleasant. The seating for families is comfortable with plenty of room. The technology and music is modern and in the background. Unfortunately we have been to several funerals there and all have been done to a high standard.”

“Initial responses were great and we had high expectations. Service levels dropped off in the week of the funeral and we were concerned that things might not be dealt with, but in the end it all worked and service on the day was impeccable.”

“I first visited Waveney for mums okder brother’s funeral almost 5 years ago , when Waveney was very new. Since then I have been to other services and both my parents had their services with you. Mums was in lockdown but being able to use the Obitus service you allow meant although people couldn’t physically attend they could still be with us on her final journey. And 2 weeks ago my fathers service was held with you . We had the same video-stream and download option again. The building is bright and airy and welcoming, the staff are helpful when I had a query regarding my dads funeral. The tranquil setting is perfect for a place of reflection and would if asked recommend Waveney if someone asked me . Thank you to the staff and the ground staff who keep the gardens looking immaculate.”

“The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking on site. The grounds are lovely and will only improve with age. The buildings were light and airy with views over the grounds. We wished to have our coffee and sandwiches first (to allow everyone to arrive without rushing) and this was no problem. The catering was fresh with good quantities and nicely arranged. All the staff were very attentive throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We did not need any of the add-ons and these were not pressed upon us. Thank you Memoria.”

“We were all very pleased at the venue for mum's cremation. Parking was easy and the park setting of the grounds was very welcoming. The actual service hall was bright and airy giving a relaxed and welcoming feel. Yes a pleasing choice of venue for mum's final send off.”
