“I was very happy with the setting. Quiet unassuming and yet a very supportive and safe setting with a very fitting interior design and the design of the grounds was attractive and easy to navigate. Julia from James Summer's Funeral Service was excellent. Julia Page was a lovely celebrant who created a wonderful service. Thank you.”

“Prior to my dad’s cremation we decided to visit crematoria . we had already booked the cremation for my dad’s funeral through the undertakers , but We wasn't sure about how and when to book a plot . When we arrived we had a warm welcome, the staff was amazing, they made time to walk us round and we knew that things are still in progress, but they explained and showed us whats to come in the future . After, we sat and had a cuppa and it was lovely to look through the options given to us with no pressure, but we was given lots of advise and we eventually chose type of plot to suit us when we visit in the future . We was introduced to everyone who we saw from office staff to Gardeners . You really felt welcome and part of the memoria family xx Thankyou for making what was a difficult time for us a positive experience x”

“Lovely place. So peaceful. Very clean and set just at the right temperature. Well laid out. Only criticism is the live stream doesn't show all the front and second people sat down. It would be nice to see close relatives or at least have the choice of who you like to see.”

“A so much nicer setting than some, and a very efficient but friendly and helpful service. They managed to find a specific piece of music for us that was not 'on their list' and everything went very smoothly on the day, thank you! My only comment would be that, because of the understandable 'conveyor belt' nature of these things, with a different party booked in each hour, you have to be rushed off. That is fine and we understand it has to be that way, but people naturally tend to stop immediately outside in the covered area to chat on exit and then you are under pressure to try and usher them away when of course they all want to speak to you and be sympathetic etc so you feel very rude. If people are not able to attend the wake afterwards, you also lose the opportunity to just have a quick chat whilst there, so perhaps some thought could be given to an area set slightly away, where the Undertakers don't have to keep pressing you to get everyone to leave? Perhaps there could be an 'arrivals area' for those waiting before a service and a 'departure area' for those after, so neither are a problem to the other and are not physically 'in the way' like you are in the exit area at the moment - it would make a big difference I'd say. Undercover ideally!”

“My Husband George Pulford asked to be Cremated and I was determined to do what he wanted. I had not realised there was a Crematorium so close to Kidlington. It was a beautiful setting and although the Service was short, it was very special. The memories are very special and I am so glad I made the right choice. Thank-you!”
