“I had my mum's funeral in December the grounds are beautiful and very clean and quite. The room we had the service in was really clean and well presented.”

“Refurbishment looks a big improvement, but all did not go smoothly with the AV system. The music for the hymns was too quiet and the AV reflection time at the committal was cut off part way through.”

“I cannot praise the team at North Hertfordshire Crematorium enough for the wonderful service that they gave to our family for my father's funeral. We visited in advance and were shown what to expect, and understood then what caring and considerate service would be given in such a beautiful setting. We also received wonderful service through Obitus, used by the crematorium for the music and the picture tributes. A difficult day was made so much easier by the wonderful team - thank you.”

“We were very happy with the room, the environment and the surroundings at Barry. In particular, it was very private and comfortable - just what we wanted. We were very grateful that our sister's dog was able to attend.”

“We were warmly welcomed on a bitterly cold day and provided with hot cups of tea when we visited on spec as we were considering using Memoria's services for our mother's cremation. We later booked. We found the staff to be polite, considerate, informative and not pushy. The gardens are beautiful and immaculately kept as was the chapel, car park and facilities. No complaints whatsoever just high praise. I would highly recommend.”

“The crematorium at Barnby Dun was excellent. The staff were very discreet and the facilities were first class as was the parking and the grounds. We had a very good send off and I would like to thank everyone.”

“Certainly one of the nicest chapels I've seen, and the comfy sofa style seats are a very nice touch. Everything ran on time. The grounds are pleasant and will look much less sparse in a few years time when the trees and shrubs have had chance to mature; having said that, our visit was in December and Memoria is a relatively new facility. It was nice not having to go into Oxford. My only criticism would be that there should probably be more than one toilet in the waiting room. In our case, several people had travelled a long way and needed to freshen up before the service.”
