“The people who run Memoria were great. Always helpful and happy to help. The service and environment were perfect for the family. A fitting send off for our mum. We have booked a plot in the beautiful grounds and we know its the perfect location for mum to rest.”

“Bring requested by email to write a review for a FUNERAL is in extremely poor taste. Can’t rate a funeral ‘trip advisor style!’ What do a write? Yes it was banging! Great decor!?!? Best funeral I’ve ever been to???? This type of spam via email to upset family members shouldn’t be allowed.”

“Everybody involved was so respectful and professional it made such a hard day more bearable. Everything was as requested which included music played,flowers that had been asked for and the picture of my mother that was shown above where she rested. There was obviously great communication between the funeral directors and the crematorium and I am thankful we could grieve and put my mother to rest in such a beautiful place.”

“The venue was very peaceful in a lovely setting. We could concentrate on saying goodbye without distraction while surrounded by lovely gardens in the middle of the countryside.”

“My husband’s funeral was conducted with dignity and compassion. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful and the room where the service was conducted was modern and serene. We were given enough time to mourn with family and friends, no rushing us through the service and everything went as well as it could in the sad circumstances.”

“It was the first time I had been to north hearts crematorium,what a lovely setting,as our limousine turned in past the water the surroundings look tranquil & peaceful,one of the staff standing by the water bowed his head as we drove past,a lovely show of respect,the chapel was lovely inside & you could see across the fields,I thought what a lovely setting for a very sad occasion,the service was lovely,all staff very nice,even when we came out to look at flowers we was not rushed to move on to come away,everything was very professionally done,all the family & friends said what a lovely place & service,they did my mum proud.”

“The personalised service was excellent. We were able to share memories in words and photographs. The service was able to be streamed and recorded to enable our friends and family who could not be there in person to also relive these too. We were not rushed.”

“The service for my brother for which we had done so much preparation was marred because the speakers were not working. Because of the COVID restrictions we had carefully chosen those who could attend the funeral and we were mortified to learn afterwards that 40% of the guests could not hear anything and felt excluded. The occasion cannot be repeated but we feel a contribution to my brother’s chosen charity would be appropriate.”

“On such a sad and emotional day when entering the grounds to this beautiful Crematorium we as a family felt such peace and calmness. When we was asked to enter the building we was met by a beautiful lady Diane Lightowler who took the service and did such an amazing job, cannot speak highly enough of her. She showed such compassion and love to us as a family. The Crematorium is so tranquil with so much natural light and filled with flowers and kept lovely inside with plenty of seating and excellent visuals so everyone can see and hear making the service very personal. All staff treat you with respect and are so curtious which on such an emotional day you need all the love and support.”
