“The crematorium is in a beautiful and peaceful setting which all adds to the overall experience. The grounds are really lovely and expansive enough to mean you don’t feel as though you are in anyones way either before or after the service.”

“On arrival at our mothers funeral we were told by a female member of staff that we could not take our family dogs into the service. On arranging our Mums funeral we were categorically told that we could take our dogs to the service. This information was given to our family just as we were about to enter with our Mum. In the end she allowed 1 of our dogs in. It was distressing and incredibly upsetting to be told like this as my Mums funeral was starting. Dogs and other pets are part of families and provision should be made to allow them to attend. Plus any information around stupid rules like this should be cascaded to ALL funeral directors so families are aware in advance, not 5 minutes before the worst day of your life is about to begin.”
