“I held my father’s funeral here at ‘The White House’ last Monday because it does not look like a typical crematorium and sits in beautiful grounds with plenty of parking. The new refurbished interior with new grey seating and large settees on the front row for immediate family gave a relaxed feel for my family to sit and say goodbye to their Grampy and my dad.”

“Lovely place and clean and welcoming. It would be more fitting if the people leaving the service had a bit more privacy to talk and not intrude on those attending the next funeral, I found it a bit upsetting that it was difficult to talk to people attending my husbands funeral without other people from the next one not sure where to go.”

“We came for the second part of the service, having been to mass in church first, it was warm and welcoming, a really cosy feel. Everything was set up nicely for us, the music, photo and video presentations were excellent and AV set up well positioned, so everybody could view and hear them comfortably. Everybody commented on how much they "enjoyed" the experience......”

“The surrounding area is beautiful. The place felt peaceful. We had enough time and space to make everything feel special and they adhered to some last minute changes from a horrible covid situation excellently. Thank you. “North Herts Memorial Park is in a lovely rural setting outside Hitchin, very quiet and nicely laid out as you approach. They were very tech-friendly and accommodated our presentation which was a mixture of pictures, music and video. The service was live-streamed and the quality and sound was excellent which was great as we had family and friends watching from all corners of the globe. Those who could not attend have been grateful for the chance to watch again. Well done Memoria.”
