“Not enough seats for me and my family although we had asked for 13 for us and 3 for elderly with frames and no orders of service for us the organist gave his up and another friend also..”

“I chose this Crematorium for my father's funeral in April due to it's location being surrounded by countryside. It is a beautiful place which is so peaceful and tranquil. It comes highly recommended by me and my family.”

“We recently had our mums service here and it was such a lovely service, the crematorium is placed in a perfect site where you can just look out to the countryside. It’s very clean and modern and had plenty of room. The staff were very attentive and made sure we were looked after every step of the way.”

“Excellent facilities for use during the service. The building and grounds were well looked after and the Chapel seating was very comfortable. I also appreciated that choral singers accompanied the hymns which would make the congregation feel more comfortable. This building is visited for a sad reason but this is helped by the care taken by the staff. Thank you.”

“Absolutely beautiful surroundings inside and outside The service was amazing. Rachel and Julia were outstanding and so gentle and genuinely lovely ladies who made my most upsetting time of my life so much easier the staff at the crematorium were absolutely fantastic also and so accommodating. You all made us so proud with every aspect from beginning to end. I cannot recommend the staff and crematorium enough for the final journey of our loved ones”

“The service was beautiful and the setting and ambience were just perfect. There was a slight hitch with the photographs on the screen and it was a bit of a shock to receive this request to rate Memoria three days before the funeral actually took place.”

“I found the grounds of the Crematorium very well kept, and nicely calm and peaceful. The Chapel where the service was held, was really nice and very much in keeping with the occasion. Well done and if the occasion arises I will have no hesitation to use this Crematorium again. Thanks very much.”

“The setting was lovely and it was so peaceful. The room inside was welcoming at such a sad time and having the sofas for myself and my family felt perfect. Everything went smoothly and I could not have wished for a better setting for my mum.”
